In the wake of the unfortunate events and uncertainty surrounding COVID-19, Pepper Tix and Ticket Evolution would like to inform you of how we are monitoring the situation and working to ensure business continuity for everyone who we do business with.
As most of you have already noticed, many major events have been canceled or postponed in order to help combat the spread of COVID-19. Because event tickets ordered through your site may now fall into one of these two categories (canceled or postponed), we want to provide you with an update on how we will handle these two unique situations.
If an event is canceled or is restricting fan attendance, we will be providing a full refund on the order. Please note that refunds will be processed as quickly as possible; however, due to the high volume of orders that we are currently processing, wait time may be delayed.
Examples of events that fall into this category include Houston Livestock and Rodeo Show and the NCAA Tournament.
If an event is postponed or is being rescheduled, and the primary venue will be providing refunds for attendees who cannot attend the rescheduled dates, please reach out to us directly so we can note that you are looking for a refund.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, the tickets that your client currently has will be valid for the rescheduled dates.
Examples of events that fall into this category include Coachella, Stagecoach, and NBA.

The following events have been canceled and your order will be refunded in full to your original payment method as quickly as possible.

The following events have been rescheduled. Your tickets will most likely be valid for the new date once it's announced, although this will depend on the venue’s policy. There is no need to take any action on your end, once we have confirmed the changes with the event organizer we will contact you over email with an update.
